From man to man: We support men and boys to cope constructively with difficult and critical life situations and to solve upcoming problems.

We are a team of men who work in different professional fields and are integrated. We accompany you on your search for a new self-image in your role as a man or (expectant) father. We offer you professional help on your way to a life free of violence - regardless of whether you are a victim or a perpetrator.

• the anti-violence program: It supports men, following official instructions or a ban on entry, to stop using violence. The program consists of 20 units.

We advise and accompany you if you or a relative have an addiction problem, but we are also intensively involved in prevention work.

No matter what the addiction is - alcohol, nicotine, medication, illegal substances, gambling or other behavioral addictions - we are there for you! We work with you to help you get out of addiction.

If necessary, we arrange outpatient or inpatient treatment options and also help you with the first steps into independent life - without addictive substances.

Advice for relatives

Are you a relative or friend of someone affected and are you under the pressure of not being able to help? We will show you how to react correctly!

Don't become co-dependent and create psychological relief yourself. We not only provide information about addictions and treatment options, we also relieve you as a family member. Our conversations are confidential and free of charge, anonymous if you wish. Help break down prejudices against counseling centers so that those affected can find their way to us more easily!
